A demonstration of the Loyal Sathii shop owner's panel
Try the panel on a plan
These are our real plans. Pick one and the panel below changes to what that plan actually gives you — the screens, the limits, the lot.
On Growth: 2,500 customers · 5 staff logins
Everything Growth includes — 18 of 26
- Printable kit and offer pictures
- Found in the public shop directory
- One card, several phones
- A personal year in review
- Keeps working when the internet drops
- Your logo, cover and colours on Growth
- Scratch card prizes on Grand
- Your exact brand colours on Pro
- Order ahead on Grand
- Customers bring their friends on Grand
What each one actually does
- The stamp card, on your own web address
- Your name, your logo, your colours. Customers open a link — there is nothing to install.
- Scan and stamp at the counter
- Staff scan the code on the customer’s phone and read back a PIN that changes every time, so a stamp cannot be faked.
- Unlimited stamps and reward tiers
- Set how long a card is and what it earns. More than one reward on the same card if you want.
- Save a reward for later
- Out of stock, or they are in a hurry? Park the reward on their account with a claim code.
- Your customer list
- Search it, tag it, add private notes, and export the whole thing to a spreadsheet whenever you like.
- Reports
- Stamps per day, busiest hours, busiest days, returning customers, and takings if you record them.
- Last week, on the dashboard
- Every Monday your dashboard shows the week just gone against the one before it, and says in a sentence what actually moved. Nothing to open and no email to lose.
- A marketing kit you can print
- A window sticker, a counter card, a leaflet for customers and a crib sheet for staff — all in your colours, all printed from one page. Plus an offer turned into a square picture ready to post, drawn in your browser with no design software.
- Listed in the public shop directory
- Your shop on the directory every customer sees, with your area, your card length and whether you are open right now — and a pin on the map once you add your position.
- A waiting list when a reward runs out
- Cap a reward and it sells out. Instead of turning people away twice, they ask once to be told — and the moment you raise the limit, everyone waiting hears about it.
- Shift open and close
- Open a shift, work it, close it — and the summary is spoken back: stamps, customers, rewards handed over and who was on. Computed from the audit trail, so it is never out of date.
- One card the family shares
- Open the shop link on a second phone, type the same number, and it is the same card — same stamps on both. The card lists every phone holding it and any one can be signed out.
- Their year, on their card
- Once a customer has real history, their card quietly gains a panel of their own year — visits, stamps, rewards, and their usual day and time.
- Staff logins
- Staff can stamp and look customers up but cannot change your rewards, your prices or your settings.
- Works when the internet drops
- The till holds the stamp and sends it when the connection is back, so service never stops.
- Your logo, cover photo and colours
- The card wears your shop rather than a default. Upload a logo and a cover, pick from a set of colour schemes.
- Notifications to your customers
- A message on their phone — a quiet Tuesday, a new offer, a reward about to expire. No SMS charges.
- Spin to win
- A prize wheel customers earn a turn on. Costs them no stamps, and you set every prize and its odds.
- Scratch card
- The same prizes as the wheel, revealed the way a real scratch card is — they rub the foil off with their thumb. Set a percentage off, an amount off, or a free item, and pick which of the two your shop runs.
- Your own exact colours
- Not a scheme that is close — the precise brand colours you already print on your cups.
- Digital menu
- Your menu with photos, prices, sizes and serving hours, on its own page and printable as table QR codes.
- Messages that send themselves
- A treat on the anniversary of their first stamp, and a quiet nudge to anyone who has not been in for a while. Set it once; it runs without you.
- Events on the customer’s card
- Live music on Friday, a new roast on Monday. It sits on the card until it happens and takes itself down afterwards — no message to send and nothing to remember to delete.
- Order ahead from the menu
- A regular taps their usual on your menu, you see a queue at the counter, and marking it ready buzzes their phone. Collected in ten minutes instead of queued for.
- Refer a friend, and gift a reward
- Every customer gets a code to hand to a friend — when the friend opens a card, both get stamps. And a reward already earned can be given away to somebody else, which walks a new person through your door holding something.
- More than one outlet
- Several branches sharing one customer list — a card filled at one is spent at another, and every report can be split by branch.
The other half of the same plan is the card your customers hold. See what your customer sees on Growth

Every line here is a setting the owner chooses, and the is where they are chosen. Billing, the printable shop poster and customer feedback are in the real panel and are not drawn in this replica — there is nothing here for them to act on.
Scan a customer
The busiest screen in the shop. Find the customer, read back the four digits on their phone, add the stamp.
There is no camera here, and nobody standing at the counter. In a shop a stamp only lands when a member of staff scans the code on a customer's phone and reads back the four digits under it — the pair changes after every stamp and times out on its own, so an old screenshot is worthless. This page has no phone to scan and no code to check, so it prints the PIN on screen instead of pretending. That one thing apart, what follows is the counter screen: the customer, the card, the stamp, and the choice at the end.
When a card fills up, you get a choice
Give reward now hands it over today. Save for later puts it in the customer's account so they can collect on a future visit — perfect when the item has run out or they are in a hurry. Try both: Anisha Gurung is one stamp from a full card, Sujata Rai already has one, and Nirajan Shrestha has a reward saved from an earlier visit waiting to be handed over.
In the panel this box is a live camera view. Staff point it at the QR on the customer's phone and the card opens by itself; a plain phone camera works too, because the QR is a link straight to this screen with the customer already loaded.
Nothing here can be scanned, so use Find by phone — which is the same fallback staff use when a camera is blocked or a screen is cracked.
Or pick one of the eight invented customers
In a real shop this list is your own customers, thousands of them, and the QR does the finding. These eight were written for the demonstration and are not real people.
No customer loaded yet.
Pick somebody on the left and their card appears here, exactly as it does
when a code is scanned.

No customer in this invented list matches that. |
|||||||
The real list pages, sorts by any column, filters by tag, ticks people in bulk, imports and exports CSV, merges duplicates and lets an owner correct a stamp given by mistake. None of that is drawn here, because none of it would have anything to act on.
Reward tiers
What a customer is working towards, and what a full card is worth. Change anything below and the card on the right changes with it.
How long is a card?
A customer needs 6 visits to finish a card.
Six is the usual answer for a tea shop or a café. Shorter cards get finished and feel generous; longer ones are worth more but are abandoned more often. It is your call, and you can change it later without anybody losing the stamps they already have.
Your three tiers
A card can pay out more than once. A small milestone partway keeps people coming back before the big one is in reach.
3 stamps · Active 96 given
6 stamps · Active 151 given
12 stamps · Off 12 given
What your customers would see
The same card your customers hold — the one you can try for yourself at the end of this page — redrawn as you type. In the real panel it is your own card, and saving it changes what every customer sees the next time they open it.
A made-up tea shop · Kathmandu
Nothing here is saved. There is no Save button because there is nothing to save to — this page has no database behind it. Type what you like; reload and it is exactly as it was.
The real Rewards screen also takes a photo for each tier, a description, a total to give away, first and last days it runs, the icon a customer sees, and the order the tiers appear in. Those are left out here rather than drawn as buttons that do nothing.
Reports
The last 30 invented days · every figure below is worked out from the same made-up list of daily stamps
Stamps per day
1,128 in totalHover or tap any point for that day's figure.
Busiest hours
Peak: 4pmThis is the chart that changes how a shop is staffed. Four o'clock is the afternoon rush; the hour before opening is dead.
Busiest days
Peak: FridayWeekly totals across the range, so a one-off busy Saturday does not read as a pattern.
Which reward people actually take
| Reward | Stamps | Given all time | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Half price on your second cup | 3 | 96 | Active |
| A free cup of chiya | 6 | 151 | Active |
| Chiya and a plate of momo | 12 | 12 | Off |
The halfway milestone is taken six times more often than the full card — which is the sort of thing a shop only finds out by having the numbers.

Eight invented customers is a small sample. A real shop's list runs to hundreds, and this is where a shop finally learns who its regulars are by name.
Settings
Everything about the shop itself — the name over the door, the web address, the colours, the card, the hours. In every plan.
Nothing on this screen can be saved, because there is no shop to save it to. Every box below is filled in the way Chiya Corner would fill it in and then switched off. In your own panel these are ordinary fields with a Save button, and a change lands on your customers' cards on their next tap — there is nothing to publish and nothing to wait for.
Your shop
This is the name on the top of every customer's card, on the directory and in every message you send.
Yours, and only yours. Print it, put it on a sticker, send it in a message — it opens the card with no app and no sign-up.
Typed in, never looked up — we do not send your address to anybody else's servers to find out where you are. A shop with no position is still listed; it simply has no pin.
How it looks
8 schemes, and every one of them is a real choice — this is the same list your panel shows.
Your logo sits at the top of the card and becomes the icon when a customer pins it to their home screen. Nothing on their card mentions Loyal Sathii.
The card itself
Change it and every card changes with it. Stamps carry on past the end of a card, so a reward set further out than one card is still reachable — the card just takes more than one to get there.
After that it is worthless, which is what makes a screenshot passed round a group chat worthless too.
Hours, and being found
Your card tells a customer whether you are open right now, and a holiday closure takes the guesswork out of a festival week without you deleting your hours and typing them back.
Leave it blank and one is written for you from the line above, your area and your card length.
Everything on this screen shows up on one thing: the card in your customer's hand. See what these settings look like to them on Growth
Staff logins
Two invented counter logins · every plan includes staff logins, and
the plan decides how many
2 of 5 used on Growth
There is room for more counter logins on Growth, which includes 5.
Both counter logins are in use. Growth includes 5, so the button above is dead until you move up a plan — which is exactly what the real panel does.
Growth puts no cap on staff logins at all — add one for everybody who works a counter.
| Who | Role | What they can do | Last at the counter | Actions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Youdoes not use a staff login | Owner | Everything — rewards, prices, settings, staff, reports | signed in now | |
| Sita | Counter | Scan, stamp, look a customer up, hand a reward over | 3 hours ago · 41 stamps today | |
| Ramesh | Counter | Scan, stamp, look a customer up, hand a reward over | yesterday · 28 stamps |
What a counter login cannot do
- Change a reward, its stamps or whether it runs.
- Change the card length, the PIN rule or any setting.
- Delete a customer, or export your list.
- See what you pay, or touch billing.
- Add or remove another member of staff.
Every stamp carries the name of whoever gave it, which is what makes the activity log on a customer's record worth reading.
The buttons here do nothing
There is no shop behind this replica, so there is no login to create and no PIN to reset. In the real panel a new member of staff gets their own sign-in and their own four digits, and you can take both away in one tap the day they leave.
Notifications
A message on your customers' phones · no SMS charges, and nobody has to install anything
Notifications to your customers is not part of .
It is included from Growth upwards. Everything below is what it looks like when you have it.
Nothing typed here is sent anywhere. There is nobody subscribed to a shop that does not exist. Write a message and watch the preview change; there is no Send that goes anywhere, because there is nowhere for it to go.
Write a message
Disabled on purpose. In the real panel this is where you pick the audience, send it, and see how many opened it an hour later.
On your customer's phone
It arrives as a notification from your shop, not from us — your name at the top, and nothing on it mentions Loyal Sathii.
What was sent before
| Message | Sent to | Opened | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Two for one on chiya, today only | 384 | 141 (37%) | last Tuesday |
| Your reward runs out on Sunday | 26 | 19 (73%) | 2 weeks ago |
| We are open through the holiday | 402 | 168 (42%) | last month |
Invented sends for an invented shop. A message nobody opens is worth knowing about, which is why the second column is there.
Prizes
A prize your customers earn a turn at · it costs them no stamps, and you set every prize and its odds
Spin to win is not part of .
It is included from Growth upwards. Everything below is what it looks like when you have it.
Your wheel
Each slice is as wide as its odds, which is exactly how it is drawn on the customer's card — a wheel where the big prize looks likely and is not would be a con, and the product does not do it.
The prizes, and how likely each is
- A free cup of chiya 10%
- 10% off your bill 25%
- Rs. 50 off 15%
- Nothing this time 50%
346 spins taken on this invented shop. The real screen also takes a photo for each prize, a limit on how many of it can be won, and the days the wheel runs.
When somebody earns a turn
A customer earns a turn on the wheel every 5 stamps they collect.
A spin never costs a stamp. That is the whole trick of it: the customer gets something for nothing on a visit they were making anyway, and the stamps they are saving are untouched.
Outlets
Several branches sharing one customer list · a card filled at one is spent at another
More than one outlet is not part of .
It is included from Pro upwards. Everything below is what it looks like when you have it.
| Outlet | Where | Stamps · 30 days | Staff | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Chiya Corner (Demo) · Thamel | The first one | 731 | 2 | Open |
| Chiya Corner (Demo) · Patan | Opened in spring | 356 | 1 | Open |
One customer, both counters
- A card started at one outlet is stamped and spent at the other.
- One customer list, not two — nobody has to join twice.
- Every report can be read for the whole shop or split by outlet.
- Staff belong to an outlet, so you can see who stamped what and where.
Stamps by outlet · last 30 days
The same chart as the reports screen with one extra control on it. Both outlets here are invented, and so are both figures.
Events
What is on at your shop · it appears on every customer's card and takes itself down afterwards

An event is written first and published second, so nothing reaches a customer's phone straight from the keyboard. Once it has happened it comes off the card by itself — there is nothing to remember to delete. The three above are invented.
Automatic
Set once, then forgotten · the messages that go out without anybody remembering to send them
Messages that send themselves is not part of .
It is included from Grand upwards. Everything below is what it looks like when you have it.
| What | When | Went out |
|---|---|---|
| Anniversary treat | A year to the day after their first stamp | 14 |
| Quiet nudge | Nobody seen for 60 days | 31 |
Each one is given once per customer per year, whoever asks first — a card open in two tabs and the nightly sweep cannot each hand out the same present. The two figures above are invented.
