How it works
A stamp card that lives on the phone already in their pocket
No card reader, no tablet, no app. Your staff use the phone or the computer that is already on the till, and your customers use the one they arrived with.
From your application to the first stamp
Then it repeats, every time somebody walks in.
-
You apply
Your shop name, where you are, and the address you would like. A person reads it and comes back to you.
-
We put you live
Your own address at
yourshop.loyalsathii.com, wearing your logo and your colours, with a login for you and one for the counter. -
You print the poster
The QR poster comes out of your own panel. It goes wherever people pay.
-
You start stamping
Customers scan once and their card is open for good. After that, staff scan them in on each visit.
For your customer
The whole thing, from their side, is a link and a phone number.
They scan your counter code
A printed QR code by the till. Their phone opens your card — with your name and colours on it — and asks for their number.
Their card opens
That is the whole sign-up. Next time they visit, the same link takes them straight back to their card with their stamps on it.
They collect and redeem
They show their code, you stamp it. When the card is full they show the reward to a member of staff and you hand it over.
Nothing gets installed. There is no app, and no Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass either — the card is a web page at your own address, which is precisely why it works on every phone that walks through your door. If a customer wants it as an icon, their phone will offer to add it to the home screen. Somebody who collects at several shops on Loyal Sathii gets one page listing every card they hold.
A working demonstration on a made-up shop. Nothing is saved, nothing to sign up for.
For whoever is on the counter
Deliberately dull. The busiest moment of the day is the wrong time to learn software.
Scan, or type four digits
Open Scan, point the camera at the customer's code, and read back the four-digit PIN they are showing. That is the stamp done. If the camera is being difficult, type the PIN instead.
Hand over rewards
A customer with a full card shows a code. Your staff mark it collected, or save it for a later visit if they would rather come back for it.
Staff cannot break anything
A staff login can stamp, look people up and hand over rewards. It cannot change your rewards, your prices or your settings, or delete a customer.
Codes that expire
The customer's code and PIN change after every stamp and time out on their own, so an old screenshot passed around a group chat is worthless.
It survives the internet going
If the connection drops mid-shift the till holds the stamps on its own device and sends them up when it is back. Nobody at the counter is turned away, and your customer does nothing differently.
Everyone has their own login
Each person on the counter signs in as themselves, so every stamp and every reward carries a name. Switch a login off the day somebody leaves.
A replica of the shop owner's panel on the same made-up shop — stamp a card, fill it, hand a reward over. Nothing is saved and it is not a live panel.
Why the PIN exists. A QR code on its own can be photographed and reused. Pairing it with four digits that change after every scan and expire on their own means the person in front of your staff has to be holding the live card — which is what stops a stamp scheme quietly bleeding free coffees.
For you
Your own panel, at your own address, on any phone or computer.
Decide what a card is worth
Set how many stamps make a full card and what the reward is. Run several reward tiers at once if you want.
Run a prize wheel
Let customers spend stamps on a spin. You choose the prizes and how often each comes up; the result is decided on our server, not in their browser.
Make it look like you
Pick a theme or your exact colours, upload your logo, add a photo across the top. Your customers never see our name.
Put your menu on it
Photos, prices, sizes and serving hours, on the same card as the stamps. Change a price once and every phone has it.
Nudge people back
Send a notification to the phones of customers who allowed them — a quiet Tuesday, something new, a card left half full. No email, no SMS.
Run several outlets
Branches share one customer list, so a card filled at one is spent at another, and the reports split by branch.
See what is happening
Stamps per day, busiest hours, returning customers, rewards claimed, takings, and who on your team is scanning.
Take your data out
Export customers, stamps and redemptions to a spreadsheet whenever you like. The list is yours, not ours.
Pay it like a bill
We invoice you for the plan you are on. No card kept on file, nothing that charges itself. See the plans.
What you will actually need
Shorter than most people expect. If you have a phone at the till and a wall by the counter, you have most of it already.
Everything else — the poster, the card design, the address — comes out of the panel we hand you.
-
A browser on the counter
Any phone, tablet or computer with a web browser. Nothing to install on it.
-
Somewhere to put a printed code
We generate the poster; you print it and stick it where people pay.
-
Your shop name, and a logo if you have one
If you do not have a logo we draw a mark in your colours instead.
-
About twenty minutes
Long enough to decide what a full card is worth and what the reward is.
That is the whole thing
Tell us about your shop and we will set you up — or press the card and the panel about first.
