There is a chat button in the corner of every page on this site. If somebody is at the panel it goes straight to them; if not, leave your number and it waits for us rather than disappearing.
It is the quickest way to ask a short question before you apply.
What to tell us
Many questions are already answered on the questions page — worth a look first.
So the first reply is a useful one rather than a request for more detail:
- What the shop is and roughly how many customers come back.
- What you would give away — a free coffee, a discount, something else.
- Whether you have more than one outlet.
- If something is broken: what you did, and what happened instead.
Already a partner?
Your panel is at your own shop address, followed by /admin — the
address we sent you when you were set up. Sign in there rather than here.
Inside the panel there is a chat window that reaches us directly, and it already knows which shop you are, so you do not have to explain.
When you will hear back
A person reads everything and replies as soon as they can — usually the same day, and we are in Nepal, so that is Nepal time.
Nothing here is automated. You will not get an instant acknowledgement, because the service does not send email or text messages at all. If you have not heard back and it matters, send it again or use the chat — it will not be because your message was ignored.
